Updates on 'Magic Fire' by Esmira: Her face is done!!!

Hi guys,

Breaking news, smoking needle visited me and I got 4 pages more done on 'Magic Fire' since the last post. I'm super excited and would love to share with you this progress. Here she is:

So I have 6 pages done in total and 29 more to go. Not until now that I realize how big it is. She will be away for a while until next rotation. Now my question is should I move on stitching her hands and the fire oracle or the background.

For your reference, here is the original picture:

Hope you enjoy your visit and love to hear what you think of this!

Happy stitching!

Gwen

  1. OMG, you are going so fast! She is gorgeous. Excellent stitching.

I would stitch some background first, but I think you should stitch what feels good to you.

  4. My vote is for you to keep stitching on her. I would love to see how the oracle and her hands stitch up. She is stunning, do you ever sleep Gwen how do you manage to get so much stitching done?? I have complete stitch envy. LOL. Thanks for sharing and yes I really enjoyed my visit to your blog.

  5. Wow, your needles have been flying! I would carry on stitching her hands but then you will have all the background to do last...

  6. Wow, smoking needles indeed! She looks amazing! I'd stitch background next, so you have something interesting to look forward to stitching later. :)

  7. Wow beautiful stitching! Congrats on all the progress. I would try for background to get it out of the way.
