Hi folks
It has been a while since my last updates. I thought I should have something extraordinary to show you guys but I dit not catch up with the original plan I have in mind. Family matters, personal matters, life and etc. I also realized that I caved in too many new starts recently which make my progress look slower than it should be. Though how much I want to take it positively, I still feel incredibly guilty for not touching some of them for a long long time. I must learn how to deal with it or I seriously will end up stare at them and sigh instead of stitching.
OK, now it's picture time!
As you might know, I and Alicia aka Crafty Princess are SAL-ing a chart from Tilton Crafts called "World" by Heffernan. Please look through her blog as well to see how insanely she has done. Mine is pathetic LOL. I started from the middle so here is the first row of that page.
To get an idea of how it looks like when it finished, here is the original art
My progress on Magic Fire by Esmira (Paine Free Crafts)
about more than 7,000 stitches done. I did not count LOL
Next is Dunlee Darnum by JB Monge (Tilton Crafts) 1,600 stitches perhaps
Sullenly Sweet by Sheena Pike (Love Thy Thread) not count how much i've done lol
New start: Roses are red by Sheena Pike (Love Thy Thread) I've mentioned about this in my previous post.
New start Dead Hearts by Logan Knight (Color Cascade Designs)
Original Art:
My stitching: First page DONE. This is such an incredibly detailed chart with heavy confetti alert. However, the result you get is very worth it.
New start: Guardian of Koi by Sabine Rich (Love Thy Thread) on 28 count Opal Lugana in Sweet Child O'mine hand dyed Fabby by Color Cascade Fabric.
Hope you guys enjoy and having a good time here in my blog. Leave a comment and see you next time!

So I have 6 pages done in total and 29 more to go. Not until now that I realize how big it is. She will be away for a while until next rotation. Now my question is should I move on stitching her hands and the fire oracle or the background.
For your reference, here is the original picture:
Happy stitching!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, HAPPY FINISH, 2013 in Preview and Resolutions for 2014 and Stash Enhancement (Picture heavy)
Hi guys,
I. A finish
You read the title and you demand a picture. Yes, of course. I am so happy to present you my first finish on Love Thy Thread's chart: "Harvest Moon" by Lisa O' Malley.
This is the speediest stitching piece I ever stitched and I hope I made Bev proud.
How do you guys think?
On the other note, similar to HAED, Love Thy Thread also offers a loyalty program where you can receive a free chart of equal or lesser value by submitting a finish. I love Sabine Rich sketch painting and I was lucky enough to receive 'Owl' from Bev as a reward. Here it is:
How adorable this owl is! And it requires only 1 color (20 pages in total though)! Ehehe. Should I dig in this one immediately? Yes, cause I really want to!
II. Stitching Summary of 2013 and goal for 2014
I think it's worthwhile to give a brief summary of my stitching in the past year to encourage myself go further this year. So here is my stitching summary and goal that follows.
1. Dandelion Clock Dance by Joanna Bromley (HAED)

After finished a page, I did not have chance to touch it again. I feel very guilty leaving it aside as it is a beautiful pattern. My goal this year is to finish the first row of this chart :D
4. Harvest Moon by Love Thy Thread: Started on November 2013, finished by January 2014.
5. Cow Parsley from Cross Stitcher: Started and finished within September 2013
6. Others
As you might know, I also started other HAED patterns but for some reasons, I lost interest in them so they probably out of my stitching rotation this year as well.
III. Stash enhancement
Santa Claus visited me last Christmas and spoiled me:
